December 2010- Ezra Androus sold the 87' Warren Yacht "AnnaSophia" out of Ft. Lauderdale Florida. There have been multiple other sales by both Ezra Androus and Andrew Smith making the  fourth Quarter of 2010 a record year.

January 2011- Andrew Smith's listing "As You Wish", 41' Lagoon closed, 50' Crusiers 2000 also sold by Andrew Smith
