June 2006
Dear Ezra,
I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my pocketbook for selling our boat so quickly. As you know, we need to sell due to financial obligations i.e. a child at UVA and a new house on the Hampton River. Something had to go and it wasn’t going to be the house or the education.
We previously had the boat listed with two separate local brokers for over two years and only three people looked at the boat during that time. The brokers kept blaming it on the economy. Even though our boat is a 1979 57 footer, she is in very good condition. Something was wrong! We called you and good things started to happen. You gave us feedback and offered suggestions. You followed up with us on a regular basis, what a concept! You sold our boat within a moth and we didn’t have to give her away. You know the market and have obviously developed great relationships with the people in the business. The process was smooth and painless. Well, maybe not painless for Bob; he hated to part with Sea Robin. When we are ready to downsize and purchase again, we will not hesitate to call you.
Sincerely,
Robin Enloe |
